Christian Carlsen project (CCA project) PROJECT: Strandvejen, Struer TYPE: programming, housing SIZE: 1600 m2 CLIENT: AN-Byg A/S PROJECT TEAM: Christian Carlsen, Linda Choe PLACERING: Struer, DK STATUS: finished YEAR: 2005 Strandvejen is the towns face toward the waterfront and marina and is as such a very attractive place. It is possible here to create a number of very attractive villas. The project seeks to define a number of principals that take in to consideration the qualities and special character of this site. Idea: To create a plan with town-houses as a typology. Every house has its individual façade with individual details. The project seeks to investigate and visualise through examples how specific architectural elements will contribute to the quality of the dwellings and how a “whole” can be achieved
