CCA has made a new proposal for the new consortium behind the SILO. An old grain silo is converted in to luxury apartments. The proposal redefines the original concept made by CCA so that the apartments are hung on the outside of the existing concrete structure. CCA has also made a proposal for a shopping area with a plaza that will redefine the centre of the town
